Yes. Online bookings are confirmed after successful secure payment.
Do you monitor flights?+
Yes. When flight details are supplied for an airport collection, the arrival can be monitored to help coordinate pickup.
How much airport waiting time is included?+
Airport pickups include 45 minutes of free waiting after the recorded flight landing time under the booking terms.
Can I add Meet & Greet?+
Yes. Meet & Greet can be added to eligible bookings for £20.
What is Waiting Time Cover?+
The optional £10 Waiting Time Cover adds up to 60 additional minutes after the included 45 minutes. No-shows and waiting beyond that period are excluded.
Do you cover the whole UK?+
Terminal Link is built as a UK-wide pre-booked network. Individual journeys remain subject to available approved driver coverage.
